Our Vision: the ultimate Sicilian red, distinguished by its unmistakable wild berry notes.

Production Area: northern Sicily, on hillside vineyards facing the sea.

Soil: limestone, at approximately 300 meters above sea level.

Aroma: very fresh and delicate.

Palate: balanced and rounded, with pronounced red fruit notes and good persistence.

Serving Temperature: 10°C to 15°C (50°F-59°F).

Cork: diam 3.

Food Pairings: tagliatelle with ragù, eggplant parmigiana, meatballs in tomato sauce.
